Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Rheda-Wiedenbrück (2026)

During your apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our organic supermarket. You will learn all aspects of retail, from accounting to fresh produce. Your duties include presenting organic products attractively, advising customers expertly and handling goods receipt, warehousing and pre-sales preparation. You operate the cash register, perform cash reconciliation and implement promotional activities. You will also take responsibility for bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office.

Your tasks:

• attractive merchandising of premium organic groceries
• comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• goods receiving, warehousing and preparation for sale
• cashiering and daily cash reconciliation
• execution of marketing campaigns
