Senior Project Manager – Siemens Energy, Riyadh (relocate to Dammam)

Your Role:
As Senior Project Manager for our new power-transformer and reactor manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, you will guarantee that SEC customers receive their orders on time and error-free. You will own the complete order-to-delivery cycle and, together with your team, set new standards for customer satisfaction. The role is initially based in Riyadh and will relocate to Dammam once the new facility is operational.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end order management: quotation, order entry, release and fulfilment against defined KPIs
• Pro-active monitoring of lead times, quantity variances and quality attributes; fast escalation and resolution of issues
• Co-ordination with production, logistics, purchasing and finance to ensure on-time delivery
• Primary interface to SEC project leads; ensure complete documentation in line with Saudi grid standards
• Continuous process optimisation (SAP, MS Office, state-of-the-art OM tools)

What You Bring:

• University degree in business administration, engineering, supply-chain management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ project-management experience, preferably in the energy sector and with SEC projects
• Confident communicator in international teams; fluent English mandatory
• Strong organisational and analytical skills combined with high customer focus
