Via uses technology to transform transportation worldwide – from a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint.

As Sales Director, you will take a hands-on role building an inclusive, sustainable, technology-enabled mobility framework by leading regional sales efforts. You will identify opportunities, generate new business, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close and upsell. This is a quota-carrying position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective partners and build strong, revenue-generating relationships with diverse stakeholders, from elected officials to private-sector leaders.
  • Strategically navigate local procurement landscapes using analytical skills and data-driven business cases.
  • Advise prospects on developing regional transit plans and securing funding mechanisms.
  • Represent Via’s mission and technology as the “face of Via” through local marketing campaigns, conference speaking, and thought leadership.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of client-facing experience with a proven track record in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented personality with a growth mindset and willingness to travel 25–50 %.
  • Experience in prospecting, cross-selling, and building C-level relationships.
