Your responsibilities

• Key interface between installation teams, sales and customers
• End-to-end ownership of the order process from planning to successful completion
• Coordination of project progress, material deliveries and logistics
• Scheduling and monitoring of installations while maintaining professional customer communication
• Organisation of installation documents and support during system design
• Active contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and referral rates

Your profile

• Professional experience in project coordination, customer service or scheduling; interest in technology and renewable energy welcome
• Structured, self-reliant and quality-focused way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• High digital affinity and quick grasp of new software tools
• Team spirit, motivation and desire to make a difference
• Excellent command of German, written and spoken
