Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant – Speyer (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt to customer consultation. You will take responsibility for shelf presentation, checkout, purchasing, promotions and organic product advice while actively supporting daily operations.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer service
• Cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of advertising campaigns
• Ordering, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Support with seasonal displays and promotions

What you bring:

• Good school-leaving certificate, preferably intermediate level
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
