Daily Relief / Shift Manager (m/f/d) – Sylt

As shift manager you are a valuable support and take over responsibility for the store in the absence of the deputy store manager or store manager.

Your tasks

• Advising our customers and selling our high-quality organic products
• Supporting the store management in all daily tasks
• Ensuring a smooth flow of goods in the store
• Co-operative, situation-appropriate action with common sense and empathy

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail clerk (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) from gastronomy or hotel industry with experience in team-oriented staff leadership are welcome
• Pronounced initiative and sense of responsibility
• Sales orientation and careful working style
