Location: Tübingen – stores at Eisenbahnstraße 28 & Pfleghofstraße 6, 6/1, 8
Working hours: 37.5 h/week
Holiday: 36 days/year
Minimum salary (gross/month):

• Year 1: 1,190 €
• Year 2: 1,290 €
• Year 3: 1,420 € (Retail Merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

Your training experience

• Personal-development theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Practical week on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth product training on organic foods and the Alnatura range
• Shop-floor tasks: shelving, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Supervisory tasks: ordering, stock-take, promotions, staff scheduling
