Your Responsibilities

Fruit & vegetable range management: selection, costing, seasonal planning and customer-oriented development
Supplier management: build grower relations, support crop planning and price negotiations
Forecasting & analytics: volume planning, sales analysis, competitor and trend monitoring
Marketing support: implement shelf-layout concepts and promotional campaigns
Team objectives: close collaboration to reach joint sales and profit targets

Your Profile

Commercial vocational training or degree in business / nutritional sciences
Initial professional experience in retail, preferably with fresh produce or fruit & vegetables
Structured, reliable working style and strong organisational skills
Confident use of MS 365; very good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays after onboarding
