Working Student (m/f/d) Digital Services – App & Loyalty Management

The Digital Services division develops innovative digital solutions for our customers. Looking to gain hands-on experience with digital products and help launch a customer app with an integrated loyalty program? Join our app & loyalty team as a working student (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks

• Support the launch and relaunch campaign of the customer app
• Maintain and update app content
• Analyze and report relevant KPIs to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to app improvement through market and user analyses and performance-focused testing
• Build communication channels and develop concept ideas

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Marketing, Communications or Business; first experience with loyalty programs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics 365) and common marketing tools
• Confident use of MS Office
• Interest in digital products, mobile apps and digital marketing
• Analytical, committed working style paired with creative ideas and enthusiasm for digital challenges
