Commercial Project Manager / Project Controller (Finance & Real Estate)

Your responsibilities

As a Project Controller / Commercial Project Manager in our Real Estate Finance team you will own the finance side of large construction projects and act as a trusted finance business partner to the real-estate project organisation. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting for your project portfolio, ensure IFRS and local-GAAP compliance and prepare investment proposals and cash-flow models. Monthly project closing, status reports to senior management and continuous alignment with Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Operations, Procurement and Legal are part of your daily business.

Your background

University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting (Master’s or CPA welcome), minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance, Controlling or Project Finance, strong SAP skills, sound knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP plus PP&E accounting experience, fluent English (Spanish and German are a plus), analytical mindset, hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
