Your responsibilities
- Managing and administering workforce planning for all sites in Germany and Austria
- First-level support for time & attendance processes in retail and wholesale
- Preparation of reports, analyses and HR KPIs (mainly in Excel)
- Key contact for HR systems related to planning & time management
- Contributing to reporting and automation projects
Your profile
- Degree in business, business informatics, HR or organisational psychology, or commercial training with strong analytical & IT orientation
- First hands-on experience from internships, working student activities or career entry is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills and enthusiasm for data analysis
- High IT/system affinity, structured and reliable working style
- Team player, service oriented and eager to learn
- Knowledge of ATOSS, ZeusX or P&I LOGA HR is a plus
