Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines – USA

Deutsche Windtechnik is the market leader in maintenance, repair and optimization of wind turbines. We service 7,000 wind farms worldwide and drive the energy transition every day. Due to strong expansion in the United States, we are looking for motivated Service Technicians (m/f/d) to support our teams on site in the USA.

Your tasks

• Service and maintenance work on onshore wind turbines
• Mechanical and electrical assembly/disassembly of components
• Implement technical improvements and optimizations
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Document all work performed
• Weekend and holiday on-call duty on a rotating basis

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• First experience in the wind industry preferred
• Physical fitness for work at height
• Self-reliance, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Class B/BE driver’s license
• Basic English skills; willingness to actively learn the language and culture
