Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines – USA

Deutsche Windtechnik specialises in the maintenance, repair, upgrading and inspection of wind turbines. We support 7,000 wind-farm projects worldwide and advance the energy transition every day.

To strengthen our expansion in the USA we are looking for Service Technicians (m/f/d) to reinforce our local teams. You will work conscientiously at height and, together with our colleagues, help to shape the future of onshore technology in the United States. Your responsibilities

• Service and maintenance work on wind turbines
• Assembly/disassembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Technical optimisation and troubleshooting, including inspection & documentation
• Rotating on-call duties at weekends and on public holidays

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or similar
• Experience in the wind-energy sector is an advantage but not essential
• Independent, responsible approach; strong team player
• Category B/BE driving licence
• Basic English skills and motivation to improve them
