As a Mechanic you inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles or equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. You carry out routine maintenance, troubleshoot faults and complete repairs according to company and manufacturer guidelines. Working closely with service advisors, shop supervisors and customers, you deliver high-quality work on schedule.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools and manuals
• Repair engines, brakes, suspensions, transmissions, drivetrains, HVAC systems and other components
• Accurately record all repairs, parts used and labor hours in the shop management system
• Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean, safe workplace
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, team leaders and customers about repair needs and timelines, explaining technical issues in an understandable way
• Inspect vehicles/equipment for safety and performance issues; complete warranty repairs per manufacturer procedures

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience; proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools and shop equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams and repair instructions; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• High-school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Regular lifting of tools, parts and materials up to 50 lb; occasional lifting up to 75 lb with assistance
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization required (internal transfers of sponsored employees possible)
