Your responsibilities

• Lead and organise a team of 12–15 employees
• Prepare work schedules and holiday planning
• Develop the team
• Take charge of purchasing and stocktaking
• Operate merchandise management systems
• Work closely with head office
• Oversee cash-desk and accounting processes

Your profile

• Ideally qualified as a retail sales assistant or several years’ experience in food retail
• Interest in organic food and natural products
• Leadership experience preferred
