Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient wind-farm operations
• Lead the site team and maintain strong client relations in line with contractual obligations
• Coordinate maintenance and service activities to maximise turbine availability
• Manage service-contract budget and costs, track KPIs and targets

Profile

• 5+ years wind-farm operations or equivalent leadership experience
• Proven leadership and team-management skills
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes and technical workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
• Valid driver’s licence, fluent English, able to pass drug screen & background check
