Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training salary: varies by federal state, minimum rates:

• Year 1: €1,290 per month
• Year 2: €1,420 per month
• Regular employee salary from year 3
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Practical experience on an organic farm or processing business
  • In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Classic sales tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced course to become a Retail Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Trade” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
