As a one-stop shop we provide consulting, planning, installation and digital control from a single source – enabling carbon-neutral living, heating and charging.

Join our sales team and drive the energy transition in the Wittstock region.

Your tasks

Consult and sell our complete portfolio – PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the Heartbeat energy-management system – to residential and small-commercial customers.
Plan and manage appointments and quotations independently – efficiently, flexibly and customer-focused.
Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group.
Guide customers from first contact to contract signature and hand over smoothly to project coordination and site management.
Actively help shape regional sales processes.

What you bring

Initial sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales; experience in PV or heat pumps is a plus.
Persuasive, empathetic communication style.
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for explaining complex topics.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving industry.
Excellent written and spoken German.
