Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d) Business Development

Your contribution to the energy system of the future

As Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d) Business Development, you will run the commercial side of our global GT service business. You will drive growth by developing business-development initiatives, acquiring service contracts and digitising commercial processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Advance and govern the Salesforce system for Grid Solution Lifecycle Services; develop standards, training and best practices to ensure high data quality
  • Create new business models, contract standards and pricing strategies; prepare calculation guidelines to unlock growth potential
  • Digitalise and automate commercial processes to boost efficiency and scalability
  • Together with technical project managers, prepare service, spare-part and cyber-security quotations and negotiate contracts
  • Own the commercial order execution: order entry, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and meeting financial targets

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
  • Solid business know-how and first experience in commercial project management
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Salesforce, Alteryx or Power BI is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication and team-working skills
  • Very good German and English skills for international collaboration
