“A Company built on the idea of change”
Oatly is a company built on the idea of change. We exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. It's why we come to work every day. We believe in making tasteful oat-based food products accessible to a wider audience in a world-class manner and drive the plant-based movement forward while doing so. In case you didn’t know, we’re somewhat of a pi-oat-neer and have invented the modern oat drink in the middle of the 90s in the South of Sweden, where our head office is still based. We now exist in many different countries worldwide and our Barista Edition has conquered the coffee scene by storm. Out of Berlin, we stir the business for DACH and Poland and now we’re looking for you, because, if all of this resonates, maybe you want to work for Oatly, too!
We are adding a Communications Manager - PR & Community (m/f/d) to our ever-growing Oatly team. Here's what this person would be doing on a day-to-day basis...
A a Communications Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the Communication & Public Affairs DACH + PL team, and you will support us in Community Management and PR to implement our communication strategy in Poland and DACH. In doing so, you will build strong and trusting relationships with our consumers and the press and ensure that our mission and vision are communicated to the world. As the voice of Oatly, you are aware of the responsibility and impact of our communication. Not only do you have a genuine passion for world-class customer service, but you are also passionate about PR and know your way around the media landscape as well as social media.
Whether remote work, hybrid model or daily work in the office - everything is possible, as long as you are prepared to travel to attend regular meetings in Warsaw, represent Oatly on different occasions in Poland and take part in our fantastic team events that often take place in Berlin.
As you can probably tell, we are a norm-breaking company. For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset. We know that amazing candidates are sometimes put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us sad. So, if you tick most of those boxes, but not all, please pop in your CV & cover letter (Tell us a bit about yourself—we’d love to get to know the person behind the application)in English anyway.
And good luck!
