Your responsibilities

• Analyse, KPI systems, dashboards and performance reviews for global operations processes
• Independently plan, test and roll out new processes, tools and ways of working
• End-to-end ownership of operational initiatives – from idea to measurable success
• Hands-on process development on site, iterative improvement based on practical feedback loops
• Stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth interfaces

Your profile

• 5–9 years of experience in operational roles, ideally consulting, start-up or scale-up
• Completed bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of complex operational optimisation
• Proven leadership experience in multi-person teams with clear KPIs
• Excellent analytical & communication skills (reports, presentations, data analysis)
• Willingness to travel for direct support at various locations
