Your responsibilities

Advise and sell our complete portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, Heartbeat energy management) to homeowners and small businesses
Independently plan and conduct customer appointments, needs analyses and tailored offers
Work with pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° Group – you focus on consulting and closing
Guide customers from first contact to contract signature, transparent and customer-oriented
Work closely with project coordination and site management for smooth handover and successful project completion
Actively shape and continuously optimize our sales processes in your region

Your profile

First sales experience or high motivation to start in direct sales of technical products – experience with PV/heat pumps preferred
Strong communication and empathy skills; you consult individually and understandably
Basic technical understanding and joy in explaining complex solutions clearly
Openness to continuous training in a dynamic industry
Conviction to make a meaningful contribution to the energy transition through your work
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, confident in commercial customer communication
