Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly gross training allowance

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

Your experience with us

• In-depth product knowledge of organic goods and our entire range
• Practical experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• Full sales routine: stock, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• „Adventure Culture“ theatre workshop
• Additional IHK qualification „Specialist Organic Retail“
