Join our team at the Alnatura store Wiesbaden, Dotzheimer Str. 14–18, full-time (37.5 h/week), permanent contract.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach and onboard your team; plan schedules and shifts
• Manage the Super-Natur market profitably: control KPIs, inventories and ordering

• Support the personal and professional growth of your staff
• Work hands-on in daily operations to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Your profile

• Completed commercial retail apprenticeship and leadership experience
• Enjoy advising customers and selling food
• Friendly, committed, flexible and customer-oriented
• Passion for organic food
