HR Manager / Recruiting (d/m/w)

atmosfair is a non-profit climate protection company that operates CO₂ compensation by developing its own renewable energy projects in the Global South. We also advise companies on green energy solutions and develop specialised software. Our Neukölln office with 40 employees, together with country managers and partners worldwide, forms the basis for demonstrably high-quality climate protection.

Your responsibilities

• Together with the Head of HR you manage end-to-end recruiting for our locations in Berlin, Barcelona and Nigeria – from writing job ads to contract signature.
• You prepare and publish vacancies within the atmosfair job network.
• You maintain our applicant pool and communicate directly with candidates and external head-hunters.
• You approach suitable talent through active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and organise monthly introduction days and interviews.
• You expand our job network of platforms, social-media channels, service providers and universities.
• You analyse recruiting KPIs and continuously optimise our processes.

Your profile

• Degree or vocational training in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR / recruiting.
• Experience with Personio is an advantage.
• Self-starter with motivation to drive climate protection.
• Strong communication skills and fluent German and English (spoken and written).
