Plant Operator / Wood-fired Power Plant Operator (f/m/d)

Shape the future of energy. As a plant operator you are the heart of our biomass power plant, ensuring safe, efficient and environmentally friendly operation around the clock.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the power-plant systems in 24/7 shift duty to guarantee high availability
• Conduct regular inspections, identify faults and record findings in the shift log
• Carry out fault clearance and minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the installations
• Report problems and repair needs to supervisors without delay

Your profile

• Vocational training in a craft trade with professional experience (mechanics, electrical engineering or similar)
• Willingness to work shifts (24/7) and a strong safety mindset
• Knowledge of measurement & control technology is an advantage; readiness to train as a certified plant operator
• Team player, physically fit, resilient and fluent in German (spoken & written)
