Help shape the future of Axpo’s Distribution Division. In this role you will combine strong organisational skills with a wide range of support tasks as part of a dedicated assistant pool that stands for modern, high-quality service.

Your tasks

  • Administrative support within the Distribution assistant pool
  • Correspondence, diary management, meeting organisation, mail handling and minute-taking
  • Planning and on-site support of workshops, events and conferences
  • Preparation of presentations and briefing materials
  • Full travel management (hotels, flights, car rental)
  • Maintenance and further development of collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Support of employee onboarding and offboarding

Your profile

  • Commercial training or equivalent business-school diploma
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal German, solid English; French an asset
  • Customer and team focus, strong affinity for IT and innovation
  • Resilient communicator with assertiveness and reliability
