Your responsibilities
- Identify marketing deliverables needed to achieve sales targets within the value-stream team, work closely with MarCom business partner and stakeholders.
- Conduct target-group analyses covering needs, behaviour and demographics.
- Create structured briefing documents for the marketing team including requirements, sales objectives and budgets.
- Manage campaigns operationally from concept to execution, ensuring quality, deadlines and sales impact.
- Define KPIs (conversion, engagement, ROI) and continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Plan and control marketing budgets cost-consciously and provide regular reporting with actionable insights for marketing and sales.
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship plus further training in marketing (e.g. online, performance or digital marketing).
- At least 5 years’ experience in online marketing and communications, preferably with a sales background.
- Proven expertise in campaign management, content marketing, performance marketing (Google Ads, social ads), lead generation, email marketing, analytics and marketing automation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with common marketing & sales tools (CMS, CRM, email, analytics, paid media); experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
