Your responsibilities

• Analyse and test new solutions to improve workflows and processes.
• Advance systems for data handling, billing, customer care and supplier changes.
• Automate bulk workflows and document processing.
• Drive continuous improvements based on KPIs.
• Ensure accurate settlement of electricity and gas contracts.
• Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, Trading and Key Accounts.
• Lead improvement projects and solve complex issues independently.

Your profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in Economics or IT.
• Solid understanding of data and document processing workflows.
• Experience in process optimisation and automation.
• Knowledge of data-analytics tools and methods.
• Advantage: experience in the Polish energy & gas sector.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent business English.
