Retail Sales Trainee (m/f/d) – Ahrensburg (2026)

During your 2-year trainee programme as a certified Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you will rotate through every department of our Denns BioMarkt in Ahrensburg. You will learn how to receive, store and quality-check goods, present organic food attractively, advise customers competently, operate the checkout and support marketing and seasonal campaigns. You take responsibility for shelves, fresh counters (cheese, bakery), bistro and back office and apply commercial basics such as assortment planning and inventory.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Cash handling and balancing
• Implementation of promotional activities
• Organisation of ordering, goods receipt, control and storage
• Assistance in planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal displays
