Counter Supervisor (m/f/d) - Bistro and Counter Area - Greater Munich

Your responsibilities

• Lead our high-turnover organic market counter with commercial accountability
• Motivate, coach and develop your team in a cooperative, situational and empathic way
• Plan, organise and take full ownership of all counter operations
• Create an attractive, fresh display that meets the expectations of our discerning customers
• Serve customers and prepare fresh bistro snacks to order
• Contribute to an outstanding customer experience through dedicated service

Your profile

• Completed commercial or culinary apprenticeship, preferably in food retail
• Proven supervisory experience and solid know-how of fresh-food counters
• Passion for organic products and sustainable food culture
• Dynamic, responsible and inspiring personality
