Coordinator, Blade Repair Service Team

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for an experienced Rotor Blade Coordinator to lead and oversee ENERCON’s Canadian Blade Repair Service Team. The role centres on leadership, coordination and operational planning, with occasional site visits, audits and trips to our Montréal office and HQ in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct leadership of 7 ENERCON rotor-blade technicians: daily guidance, HSE investigations, performance tracking
  • Oversight of c. 45 contract blade technicians via Independent Service Providers (ISPs): scheduling, budgeting, work-package allocation
  • Annual workload planning, budget preparation and cost control
  • Support technical specialists in analysing, prioritising and standardising blade repairs
  • Process improvements, documentation and training-material updates

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma in a relevant technical discipline
  • Experience in rotor-blade repair, composite/fibreglass work, wind operations or related technical fields
  • Proven project coordination, workforce-planning or team-leadership experience
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; solution-oriented mindset
  • Financial literacy for budget tracking and forecasting
  • French and SPRAT Level 3 certification are assets
