Job description

• Support our customers in the back office throughout their customer journey and ensure a smooth contract conclusion on the process side
• Contact partner managers whenever documents or data are missing to complete customer accounts
• Maintain close collaboration with partner managers and department heads as the central link between sales and non-customer-facing departments

Qualifications

• Friendly, open and strong communicator
• Distinct team spirit
• Self-disciplined and organized working style with an overview even during busy periods
• Excellent German language skills
