Job Description

• Active on-site sales of solar systems at our partner dealerships
• Advise customers from first contact through to contract signing
• Act as the key interface between Enpal and the partner to ensure smooth cooperation
• Implement local sales strategies to continuously increase closing rates
• Support quotation preparation, contract clarification and project closing
• Represent Enpal professionally in partner branches

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience, preferably in direct or consultative selling; PV knowledge is a plus but not mandatory—structured onboarding provided
• Strong communicator, persuasive and customer-focused
• Self-driven, goal-oriented with a clear will to succeed
• Flexible and mobile; class-B driving licence required
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
