Product Manager – Internal Products & Automations (f/m/d)

To build the customer service of the future, we are looking for a Product Manager – Internal Products & Automations who will digitize, automate, and scale our internal processes.

Job Description

• End-to-end ownership of internal products and automation projects in customer service, from ideation to rollout.
• Identify and prioritize automation potential in existing workflows and translate it into clear product concepts.
• Create and manage the automation & tooling roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
• Gather requirements and drive implementation together with operations, tech, and data management teams.
• Ensure smooth integration of new solutions and their lasting value for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in product or project management, business development, or customer operations.
• University degree in business, engineering, or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
• First experience with tools such as Make.com, Airtable, or Salesforce or strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Structured, conceptual mindset, strong communication skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluent German and good command of English.
