Your mission

• Turn pre-qualified prospects into customers through consultative phone closings.
• Focus purely on closing: our CRM prepares all data so you can concentrate on the final deal.
• Use a strategic approach and close collaboration with the sales team to drive growth of Germany’s leading solar platform.

Your profile

• Proven ability to steer sales calls and guide them to a successful close.
• Highly target-driven – you aim to exceed your KPIs.
• Calm under pressure, keeping an overview when it gets hectic.
• Strong team player who contributes to a positive, productive atmosphere.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and high intrinsic motivation.
• Excellent German communication skills, written and spoken.
