The role

• As Partner Sales Manager you drive solar sales on site at our partner stores in your region.
• You advise customers in person from first contact to contract closing and support daily partner operations.
• You act as the key link between Enpal and our sales partners, ensuring smooth professional cooperation.
• You implement sales strategies on site and continuously improve closing rates.
• You prepare offers, clarify contract details and manage project workflows.
• You represent Enpal confidently inside the store and make a decisive contribution to sales success.

Your profile

• Several years of field-sales experience, ideally in direct sales or high-consulting products. PV experience is a plus – structured onboarding is provided.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer focus; passion for face-to-face selling.
• Independent, target-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
• Mobile and willing to travel within the region, class-B driving licence and regular on-site presence required.
• Fluent German (written and spoken).
