OT Component Lifecycle Specialist (m/f/d)

As OT Component Lifecycle Specialist (m/f/d) you ensure the stable operation of OT systems in our wind farms. You install and operate central components, develop solutions and support the global Park IT Support Team, directly contributing to the availability and performance of our turbines.

YOUR TASKS

  • Install and configure OT components in wind farms such as SCADA, industrial PCs, routers and turbine controllers
  • Administer and maintain central asset databases
  • Support and further develop wind-farm-specific application systems
  • Operate, optimize and evolve virtual IT infrastructures
  • Provide 2nd-level support for OT incidents in wind farms
  • Take responsibility for processes, structures and sub-projects
  • Support daily operations and collaborate closely within the global Park IT Support Team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable IT qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment
  • Solid knowledge of virtual environments such as Proxmox VE and VMware
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python, Ansible) and experience with modular code structure, logging, error handling and REST/API integration
  • Experience administering Ubuntu/Debian, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, routing) and working with Docker
  • Knowledge of designing and operating deployment pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and MinIO
  • Analytical, structured way of working and strong implementation skills
  • Team player with clear communication and high sense of responsibility
  • Self-reliant with strong focus on quality in production environments
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
