Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Training Support

Support our technical training team in preparing materials, managing equipment, and digitising training content. Working closely with trainers, you help run efficient workshops and develop modern, structured training documentation.

Your tasks

• Prepare, maintain, and organise technical training materials, presentations, and documentation
• Help manage training equipment, tools, and workshop setups
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and visual content using MS Office
• Collaborate with trainers to digitise and optimise training content such as e-learning modules
• Handle SAP processes: purchase requisitions, order tracking, and material availability checks
• Track inventory of consumables and training equipment and initiate reorders when necessary
• Use AI tools like Copilot to draft, summarise, or visually enhance technical training materials

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and a structured working style
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in digital learning formats and technical topics
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
