The Role

We're looking for a Maintenance & Engineering Manager. Here’s the main elements of the role... 

• Lead and develop the Maintenance & Engineering department consisting of 4 technicians
• Direct member of the site management team and participate in weekly meetings to set direction
• Coordinating engineering/CAPEX projects 
• Maintain the maintenance master plan with a focus on zero breakdowns.
• Driving improvements in all technical areas, securing a higher quality level
• Ensure close collaboration and stakeholder management, such as our co-packer, for an efficient running factory with low environmental impact
• Focus on continuous improvement structures and Early Equipment Methodology

Who You Are

To be successful in this role you have proven experience in project management and preventative maintenance ideally in a food processing industry.If the below sounds like you, we'd love to see an application:

• Minimum of HBO-education (or higher) in a technical orientation
• Able to establish good relationships with other stakeholders  
• Find joy in leading a team and supporting people in their personal development
• You are improvement driven
• Fluent in English both oral and written, preferably also in Dutch
• Located in Zeeland or willing to move to Zeeland for this amazing role
