Octopus Energy is expanding – to Cologne. We are looking for new team members who want to help build a new location, grow together with us and play a key part in our award-winning customer service. Customer experience is the heart of Octopus Energy. To us, energy is more than tariffs and bills – it's about people and their stories.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide friendly support by phone and e-mail
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Collaborate on complex issues and develop solutions
  • Manage contract matters and billing inquiries
  • Identify process improvements and help implement them

Your profile

  • Strong interest in the German energy market
  • Experience in B2C customer service and CRM systems
  • Customer-focused and a real team player
  • Well-organised with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German and English
  • Ready to commit long-term and help establish a new office

Your salary

€36,000 – €38,000 gross per annum (≈ €3,000 – €3,167 gross/month) Benefits
