Your Day in a Nutshell

You own all commercial and financial aspects of the sales & bid process for FACTS and battery-storage solutions. Working closely with the Sales Manager you craft winning strategies, analyse customer requirements and competitor pricing, and negotiate contracts and financing structures up to Limits-of-Authority approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end contract & risk analysis (payment terms, export control, compliance, bonds, hedging, insurance)
  • Cost calculation and financing concepts considering tax and currency frameworks
  • Lead commercial negotiations with customers, consortium partners and internal experts (Legal, Treasury, Tax, Insurance)
  • Prepare and present LoA packages; drive continuous lessons-learned processes
  • Willingness to travel and work under tight deadlines

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong track record in commercial project management or bid & contract management for large technical projects
  • Analytical, negotiation-focused personality with high quality and result orientation
  • Fluent French and English; additional languages an asset

Location & Compensation

Permanent role based in Oakville, Ontario. Salary: CAD 101,000–120,000 per year (CAD 8,417–10,000 gross/month) plus comprehensive benefits, flexible hours, home office, profit sharing and diversity programmes.
