HSE Advisor (f/m/d) Offshore Wind

Your Role

As a seasoned HSE Advisor you support our offshore wind-farm projects. You establish safe work systems, monitor compliance with environment, health and safety legislation and ensure implementation of the HSE strategy of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE).

• Support SGRE site management in meeting legal and internal requirements.
• Maintain site emergency readiness.
• Ensure effective pre-job planning for SGRE and contractors.
• Promote use of the Enablon tool for proactive safety reporting and inspections.
• Track safety observations with site management; initiate and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyse safety data to identify trends and derive suitable measures.
• Attend planning meetings to secure safe interfaces between trades.
• Communicate HSE focus topics to all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular safety walks and formal inspections.
• Co-operate with technical departments and HSE peers to develop best practices.
• Participate in internal and external HSE audits and assessments.

What we look for

• 5 years HSE experience in wind turbine construction or O&M.
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE or engineering.
• GWO training certificate.
• 3 years incident-case-management experience; TapRooT RCA knowledge preferred.
• Recognised HSE qualification.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Highly self-motivated, strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and cloud applications.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts at varying offshore sites; medically fit for offshore and work-at-height duties.
