For our Large Power Transformer plant in Charlotte, NC we are looking for a Lean & Industrial Professional who continuously improves processes and champions a Kaizen mindset.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define standard work and accurate standard times for every process in your scope.
• Advise operations and management on lean topics, lead Kaizen events, evaluate cost/benefit and drive roll-out.
• Deploy lean standards, document methods and implement Value-Stream-Mapping together with process engineers and supervisors.
• Analyse disruptions, identify weak spots, develop solutions and support implementation.
• Monitor lean initiatives, track KPI improvements and report to all stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, train supervisors and technicians in lean concepts and facilitate workshops.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: ≥1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise: Project management, time-and-motion studies, Lean/Kaizen, Core Tools.
• IT: MS 365 (Visio), MindManager.
• Personal strengths: Strong communicator, analytical, decisive, team player.
• Mobility: Willing to travel occasionally and relocate to Charlotte, NC.
