As Process Manager in our Gas Services Solutions – Operational Excellence team you define, document, standardize, harmonize and optimize business processes for Siemens Energy, aligning them with corporate and ISO standards. By leveraging AI-driven automation, robust verification and cross-functional collaboration you will raise process maturity and drive continuous improvement across the entire GS SO organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Process Definition & Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive process descriptions for GS SO, aligned with SE core and ISO standards
• Standardization & Harmonization: Ensure consistent, efficient processes across the company
• Communication & Optimization: Lead change communication, keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Process Verification: Implement controls to confirm processes perform as required
• BiC Cloud Support: Enhance and refine processes inside the BiC cloud platform
• Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement potential, share best practice and track realization
• Training & Communication: Plan and deliver trainings on new or changed processes, securing smooth adoption

What You Bring

• Degree in Business or related field plus proven experience in energy-industry solution business and full life-cycle project/process management (sales, execution, warranty)
• Intercultural competence and conflict resolution skills gained in international project teams
• Strong relationship-building combined with strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on experience with AI-supported process automation, operational-excellence methods and KPI-driven optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
