Team Lead Plant Controlling (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead a 2-person controlling team in plant controlling
• Own product and project cost controlling and prepare SAP data for the project team
• Run cost-center controlling, monthly closings, forecasts and planning
• Contribute to revenue, order-intake and profit forecasts
• Ensure data quality and on-time reporting
• Advance project and product-cost applications (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)
• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout for Project & Product Cost Controlling and reporting
• Work closely with the commercial plant manager and interface with production, purchasing and project management

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience and several years in contract or project controlling, preferably in a production environment
• Proficient with analytics and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP)
• Structured, solution-oriented, highly self-motivated
• Interest in process improvement and AI technologies

Minimum salary under the Austrian electrical and electronics industry collective agreement: EUR 60,785.90 gross/year (38.5 h/week). A significant overpayment is intended.
