Technical Blades & Vanes Supply Manager

Your Day-to-Day

Join our global team as a Technical Blades & Vanes Supply Manager. You will shape the turbine-blade supply chain, negotiate best-in-class pricing and contract terms, and manage high-performing suppliers—key to Siemens Energy’s success.

• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, drive cost-down initiatives and resolve commercial issues.
• Lead contract management for key suppliers: draft, negotiate and finalize agreements, ensure compliance and optimize terms.
• Run sourcing projects from RfX to contract signature, perform total-cost analyses, build business cases and select suppliers that meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Align with internal stakeholders to develop casting-commodity strategies supporting Siemens Energy’s financial, operational and long-term objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative by independently leading key projects, guiding peers and communicating objectives and results to senior management.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in procurement, commercial or supplier-management roles within advanced manufacturing.
• Proven ability to understand, draft, negotiate and manage complex contracts.
• Strong analytical, strategic and results-oriented mindset with high accountability.
• Willingness to travel ~20 % domestically and internationally.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
