Tendering Engineer - Secondary

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support our sales teams and customers by driving high quality secondary (Protection, Control, Auxiliary and SCADA) solution bids from initial concept through to contract award. This role blends technical insight with commercial awareness, acting as the central coordination point during tender phases and guiding experts to shape clear, competitive, and compelling proposals. With a focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into well defined, high impact solutions, this role plays a key part in securing successful project outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide technical and operational support to bid manager and customers, ensuring product solutions integrate effectively into customer systems.

• quality inputs through tender reviews and meetings.
• Develop accurate scopes of work, RFQ requirements, and cost estimates using approved tools, ensuring internal and external pricing is robust, compliant, and competitive.
• Engage with customers and suppliers through meetings, clarifications, and site visits to fully understand scope, evaluate risks, and verify technical and commercial compliance.
• up to assess competitiveness and alignment with customer expectations.
