Working Student (m/f/d) Order Management

Your contribution to success

As a working student (m/f/d) Order Management (min. 15 h/week) you support project managers in executing international plant-engineering projects. You prepare project data, verify documentation and help optimize workflows. Close collaboration with customers and partners gives you valuable insight into project business.

Your tasks

• Create internal project orders and maintain master data
• Support complaint handling and preparation of variation orders
• Update project and milestone schedules
• Own document management up to customer release
• Bring fresh ideas for process optimisation

Your profile

• Ongoing technical or business degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering)
• First project-management experience welcome
• Strong MS-Office skills; SAP knowledge beneficial
• Independent, accurate working style and team-player attitude
• Excellent German and English

Minimum salary under the Austrian electrical & electronics industry collective agreement for full-time (38.5 h/week): € 40,910.24 gross/year; for 15 h/week approx. € 1,574 gross/month.
