Your mission

• Cross-functional collaboration: Lead complex, interdisciplinary data-governance programmes from design to scale, ensuring standards, transparency and sustainable value.
• Governance standards & policies: Develop enterprise-wide rules and methods across the entire master-data lifecycle, implement new approaches and create auditable, scalable processes.
• Data-governance organisation: Shape the global framework (structures, roles, policies, data architecture) and align it with corporate strategy.
• Enablement & cultural change: Empower business units, foster a data-driven culture and anchor governance as an enabler of efficiency and innovation.
• Data quality & tools: Define quality metrics, implement monitoring, optimise end-to-end data processes and ensure continuous audit-ready quality & security.

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics or comparable qualification plus ≥5 years in data management, process or strategy management.
• Deep expertise in SAP/ERP, ideally experience with PIM/CRM/PLM and cloud analytics platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric) as well as first AI projects.
• Proven track record in building data-governance programmes in cross-functional (agile) teams; confident use of common methods and tools.
• Hands-on mentality, strategic thinking, high quality standards and fluent German and English.
